Privacy at Rupato
This notice explains how Liditech Ltd, trading through its registered brand Rupato, handles account information, product images, orders and support communications.
Information we process
We process account identity, business contact information, order instructions, uploaded source images, completed outputs, billing references, device and security events, and conversations needed to provide and protect the service.
Why we process it
We use information to perform your order, provide customer support, secure the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve operational quality. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it at any time.
Product images
Your images are used only to provide the editing service, quality review and requested delivery. Access is limited by role. Approved vendors receive only the work and instructions required for their assignment. We do not use customer product images to train general-purpose models unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it.
Storage and deletion
Originals and outputs follow the retention period shown in your workspace or enterprise agreement. Deletion removes active copies; limited encrypted backups may persist temporarily under controlled expiry schedules.
International processing
Where processing crosses borders, Rupato uses an appropriate transfer mechanism and applies contractual, organisational and technical safeguards. Enterprise data-region restrictions are enforced through the applicable order form.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Contact rupato.design@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local supervisory authority.
