Clear terms for production work
These terms govern access to Rupato, a registered brand of Liditech Ltd in the United Kingdom, and product-image editing orders placed through the platform.
Orders and specifications
An order becomes binding when you approve the scope and price and complete any required payment or credit authorisation. You are responsible for accurate instructions and for having the right to upload and edit all submitted material.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before production. Taxes, urgent delivery, complex-image reclassification and agreed add-ons are itemised before charge. Enterprise customers may use separately agreed invoicing terms.
Welcome trial credit
Eligible first-time customer workspaces may receive one round, region-specific promotional credit valid for 14 days from grant: £20 GBP, $20 USD, €20 EUR, C$25 CAD, A$30 AUD, ₹2,000 INR, AED 100 or SAR 100. It is applied before purchased credit, may be used for Rupato image, AI and video services, has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or refunded. The offer is limited to one trial per customer, person or business. Rupato may withhold or withdraw promotional credit where duplicate, automated, non-business or abusive trial activity is reasonably suspected. No subscription starts and no card is charged merely because a trial expires.
Turnaround
Turnaround begins after usable files, complete instructions and payment approval are received. Delivery estimates may be adjusted for corrupt files, scope changes or events outside reasonable control. Rupato will notify you of material changes.
Quality and revisions
Every deliverable must pass recorded human quality control. Included revisions correct work that does not match the approved specification. New creative direction or scope may require a revised quote.
Customer material
You retain ownership of your material. You grant Rupato a limited right to process it solely to provide, secure and support the service. Rupato retains ownership of its platform, workflow, tools and general know-how.
Confidentiality
Rupato applies role-based access, controlled vendor assignment and audited operational access. Enterprise confidentiality, data-region and deletion requirements may be added in an order form or data-processing agreement.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, liability is limited as stated in the applicable order form, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss except where the law requires otherwise.
Governing law
Unless an enterprise agreement states otherwise, the service is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to its courts.
