SUPPORT COMMITMENT

Clear expectations before you need help.

01How quickly will support respond?

Urgent live-production problems target an initial response within 30 minutes during staffed production hours. Order questions target two hours and general requests one business day. A target is not a contractual guarantee unless it appears in an agreed service level.

02Where should I report a problem with one order?

Sign in and open Support so the message is linked to your workspace. Include the order reference and affected filenames; do not send private source images by ordinary email.

03Can Rupato recover an interrupted upload?

Multipart uploads retry failed parts instead of restarting the full file. If the browser or device is closed, the remaining files may need to be selected again; completed parts and assets are not silently duplicated.

04Which features need an external account?

Direct marketplace publishing, cloud-storage connections, payments and AI processing require the company owner to authorise the relevant provider. Rupato labels these as setup required until tested.
